This boating safety education course is officially accepted by your state boating
agency, approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators
(NASBLA) and recognized by the United States Coast Guard (USCG).
When taking our online course, you have complete access to all the study material free of charge. You will need to create a user name and password prior to taking the final exam. Having a user name allows you to reprint a lost temporary certificate, or order a new wallet card. We do not collect names except as required to process your boating certificate. The online course is a self-paced study program. You may leave the site and return at anytime
to continue where you left off.
The Home Study Kit consists of a 64-page full color book, DVD and a special PIN code that

2. Take the Practice Quizzes and when ready, the Final Exam
Make sure to take the quizzes at the end of each chapter as often as you like - free of
charge.
Once you have mastered the quizzes, enter the "FINAL TEST" portion of the site. The final
exam is a minimum of 60 multiple-choice questions. You need a score of 80% or better to
pass.
3. Earn Your Boating Card!
When you pass the final test, you will be eligible to receive your officially recognized
boating education certificate for a nominal fee (click here for pricing). The wallet-size certificate
is mailed to you in about 14 business days.
